Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 July 2026

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and Amorem, 50 Rue Saint André des Arts, 75006 Paris, France. By creating an account, using the Service or starting a paid subscription, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.

2. The Service

extension.report provides first-party telemetry, lifecycle analytics, reports, alerts, APIs and related tools for browser extensions and apps. Features, limits and retention depend on the published plan assigned to the organization. Preview, beta or experimental features may change or be withdrawn.

3. Accounts and customer responsibilities

  • keep account access, SDK keys and owner API secrets secure, and notify us of suspected misuse;
  • send only data you are authorized to process and provide legally required notices/consent to extension or app users;
  • do not send passwords, payment data, special-category data or browsing history through custom events;
  • do not abuse, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer or bypass limits and security controls, except where law expressly permits;
  • ensure organization members and configured webhooks are authorized recipients.

4. Customer data and intellectual property

You retain rights in the telemetry, configuration and content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, aggregate and display it to operate and secure the Service. We retain rights in extension.report, its interface and service code; open-source SDK components remain governed by their repository licenses. Benchmark outputs are aggregated and subject to privacy thresholds, never sold as project-level records.

5. Plans, billing and taxes

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe at the price and interval shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The organization owner can manage payment and cancellation through Billing/Stripe. Cancellation takes effect according to the period shown in Billing; access and limits may continue until period end. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Failed payment starts a seven-day service grace where indicated. After grace, features and limits may revert to the applicable plan. Downgrade does not immediately delete historical data, but data outside the new retention window may be purged after the documented grace. Refunds are provided where required by law or, otherwise, at our discretion after a request to hello@extension.report.

6. Availability, changes and support

We aim to operate the Service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate written SLA applies. We may maintain, secure or change the Service, and will use reasonable efforts to announce material changes. Operational status is published on the Status page; support requests can be sent to hello@extension.report.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel a paid subscription at any time. We may suspend access to protect the Service, comply with law, address non-payment or investigate a material breach. We may terminate for an uncured material breach, abuse or legal requirement. On termination, export available data before the effective date; deletion then follows the Privacy Policy and legal retention duties.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Analytics are decision-support signals, not guaranteed counts from browser stores. Uninstall observations, coarse geography and attribution may be incomplete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Amorem's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to fees paid by the affected organization during the twelve months before the event, except where such limits are prohibited.

9. Governing law and disputes

French law governs these Terms. Before court proceedings, contact us and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution. Subject to mandatory consumer rules, courts with jurisdiction in Paris, France will hear disputes.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be dated and, where appropriate, notified in-product or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Questions may be sent to hello@extension.report.

These Terms should receive qualified legal review before checkout is enabled for the final B2B/B2C customer scope.
